A hybrid between Franklinia and Gordonia, this small decorative tree (2 to 3 metres) with deciduous foliage is covered with large, fragrant Camellia-shaped flowers. These can be admired between July and September. Butterflies and foraging insects love it! 

Choose a sunny or semi-shady position, sheltered from the wind. Gordlinia grandiflora can withstand temperatures of -12°C. This large shrub deserves a special place in your garden. Place it in a large clump of heather or as an isolated specimen. You'll love its flowers, as well as its beautiful orange-red autumn colour.
