GENERAL PHYSIOLOGY

  • DIMENSIONS: Can reach 8m to 10m in height.
  • PORT: Shrubs, small or large trees.

  • BRANCHES: Waxy white, hairless twigs, those of the current year purplish green, the older ones purple-brown or dark purple.
  • NOTE: This species is only threatened in China.
