Cancel an order

It is always possible to cancel an order before shipping. The cancellation request will be made by email. Once the prepared parcel, ready to be shipped, it is no longer possible to request a cancellation. Canceled orders will be fully refunded.
 

Mail delivery

The parcels leave Bastogne in Belgium. We work mainly with Bpost and DPD, as well as their partners in other countries. The deliveries by Bpost are generally longer, that is why, it is frequent that we don't work with them automatically, in particular from May to September.
We ship all over the world. For some countries, the price of the shipping cost will be calculated manually and invoiced separately from the order.
 

Delivery of plants

We offer you several ways to do:

  • Send by mail, see our terms of delivery by mail and our prices for postage and packing.
  • Pick up at the nursery, only by appointment or at open doors (see our agenda). Free service.
  • Abduction during a demonstration. We participate in several plant shows in France and Belgium. If you visit us, you can remove your plants on our stand (see our agenda). Free service.
  • Personalized delivery. We travel regularly in Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and England. It is therefore sometimes possible that we personally deposit the plants in your home, on the basis of an arrangement and a prior agreement.

Notes: By their size or weight, some plants are not sent by package. The last three delivery possibilities are then available.

Direct order on our e-shop

For plants in stock, you can fill your virtual basket directly on our site and follow the recommendations of each step. Secure online payment will be offered. Your order will be immediately transmitted to us and we will send you the deadlines for picking up and shipping.

List of reservations - wish list - list of favorites

For plants that are not in stock, our site will offer you to make a list of reservations. Upon receipt, we will notify you, on a case-by-case basis, of replenishments of each reserved plant. There is no prior payment when booking. Any reserved plant is considered sold. Please notify us without delay, in case of cancellation by you.
Our site also proposes to make a list of your favorite plants, the ones you want to keep an eye on, without reserving them. You will be notified automatically as soon as they are available again.

Order of plants not listed in our online catalog

Our catalog is evolutionary, according to your desires and ours, but also new horticultural and botanical introductions.
You can therefore make us specific requests. As plant hunters, we will be happy to try and find the rare pearls that are missing from your collection.
A simple request by mail is enough.
Be careful that we do not hunt current plants; that you will find more easily, and at much more attractive prices, at our colleagues of the large distribution.

Advance reminder

Plants are alive organisms in their own right. They respond to their environment according to their constitution and ability to adapt. Even though the plant kingdom is the one that best adapts to changes, it turns out that not all subjects are equal and can behave differently. We can not guarantee the viability of all subjects sent, breast checked and transport tested.
You can always remove your plants from the nursery or our stand at a plant fair, which we strongly recommend. Please consult our calendar. We can also bring them near your home during one of our trips, so any arrangement is possible.
We sell rare and collectible plants whose stocks are generally very limited. Thank you for your understanding and your patience when the availability of the plants we offer.

No mail order will be returned, exchanged or refunded.

We sell plants that we ensure, on a case by case basis, quality. Quality is controlled initially and the plants sent are considered healthy and promising. The conditioning is studied and adapted according to the peculiarities and the possible fragilities of the plants. We bring a specific care. It may happen that we postpone the sending of a parcel, in hot weather during the vegetative period, for example; to ensure the viability of our shipment. You will be informed by email.
Only in case of damage due to the carrier or too long delivery time (beyond 10 days), please notify us, without delay, mandatory photos in support. The condemned plants will be replaced free of charge, depending on the availability of stocks. Alternative varieties may be proposed in case of out of stock.
